Participants interact and learn the simple truths about nontraditional forms of self care while discovering the stress reducing and life enhancing benefits they enable. Through guided practices using different mood enhancing meditation styles like mindfulness, sound, visualization, and/or affirmation/mantra, participants will finish feeling calm and balanced, while also taking with them tools for their self care regimen. Clients report that after experiencing this workshop they were inspired to use their tools and improved their mind body connection and meet their work life balance goals.

Small Groups
Come Bee delivers yoga, meditation & breathwork, mindfulness, and encouragement coaching for your tribe hive. Up to 5 participants. Private parties are described as yet not limited to self-care retreats, birthday gatherings, baby showers, etc.
Large Groups
Awaken and enlighten your guests mind with this rejuvenating wellness experience. Your guests will leave feeling relieved and ready to conquer this thing called life. Maximum per private group is 14 participants. Other pricing available for up to 10 additional guests.
